As an Independant recruiting firm, Infiniti Professional Solutions Inc. has the legal and ethical ability to seek out and contact highly talented candidates who would otherwise be unavailable to our clients. Pre-qualifying and Interviewing

As an extention of our clients' HR teams, it is expected of us to present only the most qualified candidates. Prior to any candidate being presented for employment, each is thoroughly and completely interviewed and qualified for the role for which he or she has shown an interest. Under no circumstances is a candidate ever presented to a client prior to the completion of an in depth interview.     

Control and lead the hiring process

We understand that the process of changing jobs or even careers can be a daunting one. In order to make the transition as seamless as possible, Infiniti Professional remains thoroughly engulfed in the hiring process. We facilitate all interviews and mediate all negotiations. Serving as liaison to the employer and candidate, we allow for both to remain comfortable in knowing that Infiniti has their best interests at hand.  

Closing

During our years of experience dealing with many clients and candidates, we have achieved a level of competence that can ensure the seamless and stress free negotiations that occur in the closing stages of the hiring process. Our clients know they are being properly represented and are confident that every resolution is fair and competitive. 

Follow-up

Infiniti Professional Solutions does not view the start date as the end of our responsibility. To the contrary, we are always accessible to guide and assist our candidates through any transitional difficulties they experience. We also serve to assist the client in resolving any issues that occur post start.
